Support for New Starters

All new staff are supported to thrive from the very start of their journey with us. In September, new staff our invited to our annual inset day at Elland road, Ferocity. This day will immerse you in all things TAL; our vision, culture and ethos. In addition to the TAL merchandise you will receive, you will take part in a variety of sessions and workshops led by experts, some of which will include deliberate practice to upskill and support you in applying our routines and habits ahead of starting your journey with us.

For staff joining us mid-year, an induction day will support and upskill you – you will be enrolled onto our Expert Teacher Programme and will be assigned a coach who will support you from the moment you begin your journey with us.
