ENHANCE refers to the incredible number of internal and external opportunities that you will be exposed to as part of our staff body. Working for Trinity Academy Leeds will give you the opportunity to attend (and present at) Trinity Fest, our MAT-wide research conference, to publish an article in our in-house annual Journal, TEACH, or our MAT-wide journal, SPARK.
